Petitioner (Balwan) has filed the present petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside impugned orders dated 23.01.2024 (Annexure P-9) and 03.03.2006 (Annexure P-10) passed by the Divisional Forest Officer, Sirsa (Haryana).

A further prayer has been made on behalf of petitioner to direct the respondents to regularize his service in terms of Government Instructions dated 18.03.1996 (Annexure P-2) and grant all the consequential benefits accrued in his favour.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
