Kartikeya, Advocate for respondent no. 1. *** This is a petition under Section 407 Cr.P.C. for transfer of complaint titled as "Dr. Nayan versus Harsimran Singh" under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 pending before Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Phagwara, District Kapurthala to a competent jurisdiction at Chandigarh. However, during the course of arguments both the counsel have agreed that complaint be transferred to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Hoshiarpur.

Accordingly, the petition is accepted and complaint in question is ordered to be transferred from the Court of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Phagwara, District Kapurthala to the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hoshiarpur.
