*** RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case, FIR No.76 dated 17.03.2017, registered under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC, Police Station Division-E, Amritsar (P-1).

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 20.03.2019 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
