-.- ALKA SARIN, J. (Oral) The present appeal pertains to the year 1999. The paper-book of the same was burnt in the fire incident in January 2011. Thereafter, repeated efforts have been made to contact Mr. Dalip Singh Brar, Advocate, learned counsel for the appellant. However, none has been appearing on behalf of the appellant and thereafter vide order dated 19.04.2017 the present case was adjourned sine die.

Since no address of the appellant is available on the file and even today none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. The Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for nonprosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives. Ordered accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
