***** PARAMJEET SINGH, J. (ORAL) Instant petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case FIR NO.149 dated 12.06.2015 registered under Section 420 IPC at Police Station Patran, District Patiala.

Heard.

This is second bail application. There are serious allegations against the petitioner that he has committed fraud. Learned counsel for the State has filed report received from Forensic Science Laboratory, Punjab, same is taken on record. As per report signatures have been forged and fabricated.

Custodial interrogation of the petitioner is necessary to unearth the fraud. Therefore, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to RAVINDER SINGH 2015.09.04 15:14 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
