(ORAL) Challenge in the present revision petition is to order dated 17.02.2020 passed by learned Principal District Judge, Family Court, Bhiwani in case No.MNT/250/2017 titled as 'Poonamlata and another vs. Baljeet' whereby the petitioner-husband has been directed to pay total final maintenance of Rs.15,000/- p.m. (Rs.10,000/-p.m. to the respondent No.1-wife and Rs.5,000/-p.m. to the respondent No.2-minor daughter) from the date of filing the petition. Perusal of the order sheets shows that there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the last 2 dates of hearing i.e. 16.10.2023 and 01.05.2024.
