Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioners for quashing of FIR No. 9 dated 17.2.2015, registered under Sections 353, 186, 323 & 149 IPC at Police Station City, Dhuri. Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that the petitioners were found innocent and as such FIR qua them be quashed. As per order dated 16.12.2016, passed by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dhuri, report was submitted by the Station House Office against the petitioners as untraced and that was rejected by the Court and passed the order to investigate the matter. Learned counsel further contended that the petitioners are government employees and because of delayed investigation, their interests are jeopardized.
