RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect and life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondents No.4 to 6.

Learned State counsel submits that both the petitioners have made statement before the police that they do not need protection to their life and liberty. Therefore, this petition has rendered infructuous.
