(ORAL) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.77 dated 19.02.2022, registered at Police Station Sadar Sirsa, District Sirsa, under Section 61 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914 (Haryana Amendment Bill 2020) and Sections 186, 189, 332 and 353 IPC.

Vide order dated 01.06.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Rajpal submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
