(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, is for quashing of FIR No.36 dated 27.06.2016 registered under Sections 307, 34 IPC and Sections 25, 27 of the Arms Act (Sections 148, 149 IPC added later on) at Police Station Khilchiyan, District Amritsar (Rural) and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 21.01.2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the pleas taken in the present petition at the appropriate stage during the course of trial.
