The present appeal pertains to the year 1995. Vide order dated 14.11.2023 notices were issued to the appellants as well as respondents No.1 to 3, 5 to 9 and 11. As per the service report, appellant No.1 - Gurdev Singh Pandit - through whom the present appeal was filed, is stated to have died. Appellant Nos.2 to 7 and respondent Nos.1 & 8 were not found residing at the given address. Service upon respondent Nos.3, 5 and 7 could not be effected due to incomplete address. Notices issued to respondent Nos.2, 9 and 11 have not been received back either served or otherwise. Ms. Zaheen Kaur, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent No.1 and has filed her power of attorney, which is taken on record. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
