(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing FIR No. 0022 dated 02.10.2018 (Annexure P-10) registered under Sections 410 and 120-B IPC at Police Station NRI, District Police Commissionerate, Ludhaina.

Before dealing further with this petition, it would be appropriate to direct the petitioners to first join investigation which is still pending, on account of their absence, despite issuance of look out notice against them.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition. Ordered accordingly.
