Chief Judicial Magistrate, Panchkula has been received whereby after recording statements of complainant Devraj, Kali Charan son of Ram Swaroop, Dina Nath, Dharam Pal, Sukhpali and Kajal as well as the accused persons namely Kali Charan son of Lala Ram, Kanhaiya Lal, Lala Ram, Ganga Ram and Kapoor Chand, the Court has shown its satisfaction that the compromise Ex.A1 has been arrived at voluntarily, out of free will of the parties, without any undue influence, coercion or pressure.

  Heard.

In the light of the satisfaction shown by the Court, the fact that parties belong to the same very area and the offences for which the accused have been hauled up are not of serious nature, together with the fact that compromise will go a long way in ironing out differences for betterment of future life of the parties and in view of the law laid down in $%&' %'() * +&+,  -'.&/ &'0 &'+),1  "2#   "1%3%'&4# 2 and $5-46%'0,1 %'() &'0 +),17 * +&+,  -'.&/ &'0 &'+),1  8 "#   "1%3%'&4#  ! the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.338 dated 13.12.2013 registered at Police Station Chandimandir, Panchkula under Sections 323/326/395/452/354<A/506/120<B IPC and all consequences arising out of the said FIR including final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. against the petitioners are quashed. The petition stands allowed in those terms.
