RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Vishal in case FIR No.380 dated 10.04.2015 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC registered at Police Station City Panipat, District Panipat. On instructions from ASI Pawan Kumar, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 05.07.2017 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court is made absolute.

Disposed of accordingly.
