**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 195 dated 31.5.2017 registered at Police Station Farakpur, District Yamuna Nagar under Sections 304-B, 302, 34 IPC.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner is the mother-in-law and she is in custody for over a year and the complainant has been examined. Counsel further states that there are two daughters and one son and there is no one to look after them. It is also stated that Dilbagh and Sanjay who are relatives of the complainant have not supported the prosecution version.

Without commenting anything on the merits of the case and considering the fact that the petitioner has two young daughters and a son at home and she is in custody over one year and the trial is taking time, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on Gurpreet Singh Bhatia 2018.07.19 16:14 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh
