(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking the concession of anticipatory bail in FIR No.22 dated 10.02.2025 registered under Sections 403, 418, 420, 465, 467, 468 and 120-B of the IPC at Police Station Amargarh, District Malerkotla.

Vide order dated 11.03.2025, the petitioner had been granted interim anticipatory bail with direction to join investigation and the relevant part of the said order reads as under:- "Counsel for the petitioner, inter alia, submits that the petitioner is falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the entire sale consideration was paid to vendor namely Harinderjit Singh (complainant herein) by the vendees namely petitioner Amandeep Singh and co-accused/Jasveer Kaur at the time of execution and registration of the concerned sale deeds dated 22.1.2024, 19.6.2024 and 9.7.2024 and the said sale transactions are already complete and never challenged on the civil side by any person; that the petitioner is vendee in sale deed dated 9.7.2024; that on the basis of the aforesaid sale deeds, mutations were also sanctioned by the revenue authorities in favour of the vendees; that the allegations PUNEET SACHDEVA 2025.05.20 16:23 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CRM-M-13633-2025 -2made by the complainant in FIR are totally false and in the given circumstances, there is no question of cheating or forgery on the part of the accused persons. including the present petitioner, as has been alleged by the complainant. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that similarly situated co-accused Jasveer Kaur is already given concession of interim bail by this Court vide order dated 4.3.2025 passed in CRM-M12245-2025 and that the petitioner who is having no criminal antecedents, is ready to join investigation with the police."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of order dated 11.03.2025, the petitioner has joined investigation and cooperated with the investigating agency. It has also been submitted that during the pendency of the instant petition, the parties have compromised the matter.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Manjinder Singh, does not dispute the factum of the petitioner having joined investigation and cooperated with the investigating agency. He, on further instructions, submits that the petitioner is not required for further investigation much less for his custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 11.03.2025, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C./482(2) BNSS.
