NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to conclude investigation in case FIR No. 116 dated 17.06.2022 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 363/366-A IPC at Police Station Talwandi Sabo, District Bathinda, as the same has been pending for more than 09 months. On instructions from ASI Paramjit Singh, learned counsel for the State submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous, as after completion of investigation, challan has been presented before the trial Court on 13.06.2023, charges have been framed thereafter on 03.08.2023 and the next date of hearing before the trial Court is 28.09.2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid facts.

In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
