Mr.Ankur Jain, AAG, Punjab Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Reply by way of affidavit of Nahar Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Dhuri has been filed in court. Same is taken on record. Referring to same, learned State counsel submits that pursuant to FIR No.95 dated 14.5.2014 registered at Police Station, Sadar Dhuri, all accused were arrested and thereafter challan was presented before the competent court. According to him, charges have already been framed. In view of above, grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.

Dismissed.
