ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) 1.

The present appeal pertains to the year 1995. Vide order dated 04.03.2024 notice was issued to the appellants. As per the service report, qua appellant No.1, as reported by the caretaker, the factory has been closed. Appellant No.2 is stated to have died. Appellant No.3 was not found present at the time of service and his wife refused to accept the notice. Appellant No.4 has died. Neither anyone has put in appearance on behalf of the legal representatives of the appellant Nos.2 and 4 nor anybody has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant No.3. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal. 2.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
