***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file a fresh application before the authorities concerned so as to seek grant of parole.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. In case any appropriate application is moved by the petitioner seeking grant of parole within 2 weeks from today, the authorities concerned shall consider the same and dispose it off in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of 3 weeks from filing of such application.
