******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel submits that after receipt of MLR, offence under Section 325 of Indian Penal Code (for short IPC) has also been added in this case. Private respondents No. 4 to 10 were arrested and now proceedings to declare respondent No. 10-Vijay Kumar as proclaimed offender have been initiated as he has absconded. The petitioner has sought relief for direction to police to add offence under Section 326 IPC as per MLR dated 26.11.2017 and arrest of private respondents No. 4 to 10.

As per learned State Counsel, grievous injury has been attributed with blunt weapon, as such, offence under Section 325 IPC has been added. The petitioner will be at liberty to assail this fact before the trial Court.

None has appeared for the petitioner.

Dismissed.
