In the present appeal, actual date notices were issued to the appellants vide order dated 19.10.2023 through registered post/AD for 05.12.2023, however, the same were returned unserved due to incomplete details. Yet again on 05.12.2023 fresh notice was issued to the appellants however the same has again been returned unserved due to incomplete details. This is the only address which was given in the memo of parties and in the judgment and decree passed by the Trial Court and the First Appellate Court. 2.

Today no one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants. This Court is left with no option but to dismiss the present appeal for nonprosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed off.
