******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The petitioner has sought direction to respondents-authorities not to implicate and involve him in false cases. Learned State counsel submits that in almost all the FIRs mentioned in para 3 of the petition, the challan has been presented by the police in Court but the petitioner is not appearing there and process to declare him proclaimed offender is under way. In view of submission of learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition has become infructuous and seeks permission to withdraw the same.
