The present appeal pertains to the year 1995. On 08.11.2023 learned counsel for the appellant had stated that his instructions were complete. However, since no one was appearing on behalf of respondent No.1, 'dasti' notice was issued to him. Thereafter, no one turned up to collect the 'dasti' notice issued to respondent No.1. 2.

Today no one has appeared on behalf of the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal. 3.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 4.
