Order sheet shows that on the last date of hearing 01.12.2022 there was no representation on behalf of petitioner and the Registry was directed to inform learned counsel for the petitioner about the date fixed.

As per office report, learned counsel for the petitioner has been informed through e-mail, however, even on second round, there is no representation on behalf of petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the present revision petition.

Hence, the revision petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
