The petitioner prays for bail pending trial in FIR No.85 dated 18.07.2014, under Section 41(1) Cr.P.C. and Sections 302/34 IPC, registered at police station Bullowal, District Hoshiarpur. Learned counsel for the State at the very outset, on instructions from ASI Harmesh Lal, informs that petitioner had been arrested under Section 41(1) Cr.P.C. No incriminating material has been found against him. Keeping in view the abovesaid facts but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, it is considered just and expedient to allow this petition.

Petitioner shall be released on bail pending trial subject to his furnishing requisite bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hoshiarpur.
