CRM-M No.24161 of 2018 Prayer in this petition is for issuance of direction to respondents No.3 and 4, not to harass the petitioner at the instance of respondent No.5.

Reply by way of affidavit of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Circle Amloh, District Fatehgarh Sahib on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2 is already on record and as per the reply, on a complaint given by Joginder Singh i.e. respondent No.5, against Balwinder Singh son of the petitioner, an FIR No.149 dated 17.08.2018 under Sections 406 and 420 IPC at Police Station Gobindgarh Mandi was registered. Counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Gurmeet Singh, submits that the petitioner was never harassed or threatened and he is not involved in any other case.

A specific averment in this regard is made in para 8 of the reply.

In view of the above, no further action is required. Disposed of accordingly.
