Through this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.37 dated 14.06.2022 under Sections 323, 324 and 34 IPC (Section 326 IPC was added later on) registered at Police Station, Nandgarh, District Bathinda.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Jasbir Singh submits that in compliance of order dated 22.03.2023, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation. 3.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 22.03.2023 passed by this Court is made absolute. 4.

Disposed of accordingly.
