On 18.03.2026, none had appeared and a written request for adjournment was filed and the case was adjourned to 25.3.2026. Again on 25.03.2026, a written request for adjournment was filed and the case was adjourned to 07.04.2026. Today no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner and an adjournment slip has been filed on the ground that the petitioner has died and the instructions are still awaited. 3.

In view of the same, this Court is of the opinion that sufficient time has been granted to the counsel for getting instructions and accordingly the present petition is disposed of.

Liberty is granted to the LRs of the petitioner to revive the present petition in case they wish to pursue the case or in case any cause survives.
