******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Petitioner seeks direction to respondents No.1 and 2 to look into representation dated 15.05.2018 (Annexure P-1) and conduct fair investigation in case bearing FIR No.56 dated 20.04.2018 registered at Police Station Samana, for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 506 read with Section 149 of Indian Penal Code. Learned State counsel and learned counsel for private respondents submit that after completion of investigation, police has already presented challan, as such, this petition has become infructuous. None has appeared for the petitioner to answer the submission of learned State counsel and learned counsel for private respondents. As the challan is stated to have filed, this petitioner is rendered infructuous.
