Vide order dated 08.04.2022, this Court had granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been compromised between the parties.
Learned counsel for complainant does not refute the contention raised on behalf of the UT, Chandigarh.
Learned APP appearing for UT Chandigarh has filed reply in Court which is taken on record. He has opposed the bail on the ground that investigation is in progress and the petitioner be directed to join investigation as and when called for. In the entirety of facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is allowed. The order dated 8.4.2022 is hereby made absolute.
