"#  $ Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner Ajay Sharma in case FIR No.81 dated 12.02.2015 registered at Police Station Samalkha, District Panipat under Sections 406/420 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in consequence of the orders of interim bail dated 20.07.2015 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigations which is not controverted by learned State counsel on instructions from SI Kanwar RATTAN PAL SINGH 2015.09.21 16:47 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Punjab & Haryana High Court



    Singh, Police Station Samalkha, District Panipat, who submits that the petitioner is no longer required for further investigation and nothing is to be recovered from him and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute.

In the light of what has been stated above, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 20.07.2015 is made absolute on the same terms and conditions till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court. The petition stands disposed off accordingly. #  !
