Vide order dated 24.02.2020 notice was issued to the parties. As per the office report, both the appellants and the respondents have duly been served through Civil Judge (Senior Division) as well as SHO concerned. Today none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants as well as the respondents. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 2.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive the appeal in case anything survives. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
