(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of complaint No. 279 of 2012 dated 19.07.2012 pending before learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Yamuna Nagar at Jaghadri (Annexure P-1) and summoning order dated 04.02.2017 (Annexure P-4) alongwith all consequential proceedings arising out of the said complaint.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions received telephonically from the petitioners, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all pleas before the learned trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate concerned. Permitted to do so.
