This is a revision petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, raising challenge to the order dated 13.02.2024 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Hisar, whereby the application seeking transfer of the petition filed under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act by the petitionerhusband against the respondent-wife was disposed of, whereby the execution petition filed by the respondent-wife was transferred to Court of learned Additional Principal Judge, Hisar, which is already seized of the above noticed divorce petition.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has in all fairness stated that the learned presiding officer of the Family Court where the matter stands transferred has since been posted out in the recent general transfers and thus, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
