The present appeal pertains to the year 1995. Vide order dated 03.11.2023 notices were issued to the appellant as well as respondents No.1(i to iv) and 2. As per the service report the sole appellant has died. No one has come forward to get themselves impleaded as legal representatives of the appellant nor any counsel has put in appearance on their behalf. Respondent No.1(i) and (ii) stand duly served. Respondent Nos.1(iii) and 2 have also died. Respondent No.1(iv) is married and residing with her inlaws. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
