**** Learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the respondent-Corporation had invited all the persons, whose tenders have been rejected technically, to appear and hold a meeting with the respondent-authorities on 21.03.2023 and raise their objections against the same and for that purpose the authorities had issued letters to all the concerned including the petitioner on 20.03.2023 but the petitioner did not appear. He, however, fairly submits on instructions from Mr. Rajesh Sharma, Junior Engineer, Municipal Corporation, Gurugram that in case the petitioner appears before the respondent-authorities tomorrow i.e. 23.03.2023, they will be willing to hear and take a decision on the petitioner's objections.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the petitioner had not received any letter for hearing from the authorities but the petitioner accepts the offer made by the respondents and shall appear before the respondent-authorities by tomorrow i.e. 23.03.2023 and take up all the grievances raised in the petition. [2] In view of the statements made by learned counsel for the parties and taking the same on record, the petition stands disposed of. In case the petitioner appears before the respondent-authorities on 23.03.2023, the authorities may consider the grievances raised by the petitioner expeditiously before proceeding further in the matter.
