(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 for transferring the investigation of case bearing FIR No.0706 dated 06.11.2017, under Sections 221, 292, 323, 379, 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B and 506 IPC, Police Station Sonepat City to some independent agency or by constituting special investigation team and by some higher official to conduct the investigation in proper and fair manner in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Sonepat, District Sonepat, is directed to look into representation dated 09.08.2018 (P-3) moved by the petitioner, in a time-bound manner.
