Therefore, Member Secretary, Legal Services Authority, Karnal, is directed to recover the costs of `5000/- from respondent No.2, namely, Dr. Yogesh Sharma, Dy. Medical Superintendent (Hospital), Kalpana Chawla Government Medical College, Karnala, and inform this Court.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from S.I. Ram Ashne, submits that this petition has rendered infructuous in view of acquittal of the petitioner on 30.07.2018.

Dismissed as infructuous.
