(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for modification of order dated 01.02.2017 (Annexure P-6) passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Amritsar and order dated 09.06.2016 (Annexure P-4) passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Amritsar for enhancing the amount of interim maintenance. On the last date of hearing i.e. 22.07.2024, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Order dated 22.07.2024 is modified to the extent that 'application of the petitioner before the learned Family Court for grant of maintenance has been dismissed'. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

A copy of the said order has been handed over in Court today and the same is taken on record. Ordered accordingly.
