Learned counsel for respondent No.2 has informed that the petitioner has been declared proclaimed offender, vide order dated 26.09.2016, passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Amritsar.

Keeping in view the above fact, no ground for quashing of FIR, at this stage, is made out and accordingly, the present petition filed by the petitioner is hereby dismissed.
