The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS/482 Cr.P.C seeking issuance of direction to respondent No.3 to take into consideration the representation dated 09.12.2025 (Annexure P-3). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of her grievance, the petitioner has filed a representation dated 09.12.2025 (Annexure P-3) before respondent No.3, however, no action has been taken thereon till date.
