The present appeal pertains to the year 1995. On 19.03.2024 learned counsel for the appellant had sought time to furnish correct address of the respondents. On 14.05.2024, last opportunity was granted to comply with order dated 19.03.2024. Till date, there is no compliance. Today none has appeared on behalf of the appellant despite the case being called twice. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
