In such event, it is ordered that notice to the appellant be issued returnable by 4.3.2015 as the appeal was not listed after 24.2.1999."

Thereafter, notice issued to the appellant has been served but none has entered appearance on behalf of the appellant. In the circumstances, the appeal stands dismissed in default. Since the main case has been decided, the pending C.M, if any, also stand disposed of.
