**** RAVI SHANKER JHA, CHIEF JUSTICE ( Oral ) Learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing at length, submits that the petition be disposed of directing the respondent-authorities to consider and decide the representation (Annexure P-2) filed by the petitioners. Mr. Deepak Balyan, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana, on advance copy submits that the respondent-authorities shall consider and pass a detailed order on the representation filed by the petitioners and communicate the same to the petitioners accordingly. In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned State counsel, we do not find any reason to entertain the present petition which is disposed of.
