The present appeal pertains to the year 1995. Vide order dated 16.12.2023 notices were issued to the parties. As per the service report, appellant No.1 is stated to have died. Appellants No.2 to 5 stand duly served. Neither anyone has appeared on behalf of appellant Nos.2 to 5 despite service nor anybody has put in appearance on behalf of legal representatives of the appellant No.1. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 2.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
