The present appeal pertains to the year 1995. Vide order dated 21.10.2024 notices were issued to the parties. As per office report sole appellant remains unserved as address given in the memo of parties is not traceable. No other address of the sole appellant is available except for the one as mentioned in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments of the Trial Court and the First Appellate Court.

As per the office report, respondent No.1 is reported to have died. Mr. Inderjeet Singh, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent Nos.2 to 4 and has filed his memo of appearance, which is taken on record. Notices issued for service of respondent Nos.5 to 11 and 13 have not been received back either served or otherwise. Notice issued for service of respondent No.12 has been received back with the report that he was not found residing at the given address.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 4.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
