H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Kewal Singh, from Police Station Dhilwan, District Kapurthala, states that since the petitioner has joined the investigation, he is not required by the local police for further investigation.
In these circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 8.6.2018 is made absolute, subject to fulfillment of conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. The petition in that way is allowed.
