1 ).)*&)&2 "Apprehending arrest the petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of BNSS for grant of anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.30 dated 27.03.2023, under Section 363 and 366 of IPC, registered at Police Station Sekhwan, Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that matter has been compromised between the parties and a petition bearing CRM.M.22386.2023 seeking quashing of aforesaid FIR is pending before this Court for 24.03.2025. He further submits that petitioner is ready to join investigation and cooperate.

Notice of motion.

Mr. Davinder Bir Singh, Senior DAG, Punjab waives service of notice on behalf of the respondent.State and seeks time to file response.
5. List on 24.03.2025.
6. In the meantime, petitioner shall join investigation before the Investigating Agency/Officer. In the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on interim bail subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer. He shall abide by the following conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Сг.Р.С.:. i) That the petitioner shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required to do so. ii) That the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the court or to any police officer.
iii) That the petitioner shall not leave India without prior permission of the Court.
