Petitioners have invoked inherent jurisdiction of this court seeking protection to their life and liberty. According to learned counsel, they are being harassed at the hands of police, though there is no case pending against them. Petition is disposed of with the observation that action, if any, qua the petitioners shall only be taken in accordance with law. They shall not be un-necessarily harassed by the police.
